Would soft pretzels benefit from tagzhong? I have a recipe that I really like but am looking for ways to make it slightly more fluffy and light while still remaining chewy. Just a tad less dense. Would tagzhong be a worthwhile route to explore? Appreciate the wealth of information you share here!
