Hi Janet, we do have a sourdough starter recipe, or you can purchase a mature sourdough starter from us. While this type of starter doesn't contain commercial yeast, it does have naturally occurring yeast in it, so I'm concerned that this might not work for you either. In terms of a tangzhong starter, this type of starter is most often used with yeast breads, but I did find this recipe for a Tangzhong Irish Soda Bread that does not require yeast.
