If I have a recipe that calls for 500g Bread Flour, 100g Milk and 125g Water, the hydration level I get is 45%

When computing, I get thatI needed to add 150g of liquid(milk or water) to bring the hydration up

Will it be too much of a change to bring the hydration to 75%?
