This method was recommended to me for the the English Muffin Toasting Bread (which was fabulous sandwich bread the first day and then went downhill after that). The recipe, however, only calls for 2 1/4 cups (270g) of flour. Can I be lazy and still use the 23 g of flour to 113 g of milk? If so, that would mean that the remaining flour measurement would be 247 g of flour and and 90 g of milk. Correct.
