That's a great question, Alex! It really depends on the degree to which your hydration has increased. Just a few grams of extra liquid? The difference won't be enough to worry about in advance. But if you're going from a 65% hydration to 75% hydration, for example, your bread will definitely need a bit more baking. Take good notes the first time you make it so that you'll have a better general idea for the next time you make your modified recipe.
