Hi, Jarvey! Feel free to experiment with slightly less liquid if you like, treating the milk as 100% liquid for example. While we find that we get our best results with 75% hydration, it all comes down to what works the best for you in your kitchen. Perhaps try baking both ways and see which suits you best!
