We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed this technique, Lynn! We haven't experimented with the Yudane method yet so we don't have any tips to share for that technique. A search on the internet for some recipes that use it turned up quite a few results though and would be a great place for you to start if you'd like to experiment with the Yudane method!
