Hi David! Your bread baking is a great way to use your liquid whey. Generally, you can use it 1:1 in place of the milk or water in a bread recipe. We haven't tried it in the tangzhong starter, but you could give it a try and see how it works. You may find that you don't get quite the same amount of richness in your finished dough. Let us know how it goes!
