Actually i have also questions on this just little confuse,. Can u make it more simple can u not use part instead used atleast cup or tablespoon, i read everything in the explanation ang the arithmetic but stilll cant guess how to mkae tanzhong, hydration is somewhat understandable but the tanzhong itself its little bit confusing... You said 1 part of flour to 5 part of water what you mean can u make more simple sample on this please.. Just simple arithmetic using cups oe tablespoon or can be in gram but not part.. Thank u and it reqlly help a lot your explanation..
