Hi Vicki, are you referring to the very last section of this blog that refers to mashed potatoes and humidity? Those are the only moments in the blog we can find that refers to altering the liquid amount that we could find after reading through this and the sandwich bread recipe three times. Everything else says to not add any extra liquid. Specifically, "Remember, you're using flour and liquid from the recipe, not adding extra flour and liquid!" If you can point out the area you're referring to please let us know!
