I make Italian Easter bread every Easter, The recipe has eggs,milk, sugar, yeast etc. would this method work for my bread. My bread will rise and then falls somewhat when baked. And is dry after a day or two. Been making bread over 30 years. Also not to good at figuring how you do the hydration.
