I'm a little confused by the instructions to add extra liquid in the final stages, vs the TZ comment on your sandwich bread recipe to simply take the water/flour from the recipe amounts, and no mention of adding extra liquid?. Can you clarify? (I've made TZ but from a different --much more complicated --recipe and would love to be able to use yours!)
