I watched that video too (I think). The vlogger is Helen Rennie - she said she got the recipe from King Arthur which is why I'm here :) I tried it last weekend, was a bit worried because I struggled to get the Tang Zhong to "dissolve" into the cold milk .... Was a bit lumpy when I added the mix to the dry ingredients but the buns turned out fantastically!
