Water 3\4 + 2 Tbsp / For 75% hydration, change the amount of water by 203 grams/ Oil 4tsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Salt 1 tsp Bread Fl 2 1\4 c ( 270g ) Active Dry Yeast 11\4 tsp How much water and flour would you take?
