Hi Margaret! We'd recommend using almond flour for no more than 1/2 cup of the flour. We've found that you can successfully substitute up to 1/4 of the flour in a non-yeasted recipe with almond flour or, you can add up to 1/3 cup of almond flour for every cup of regular flour in yeasted recipes.
