Thanks for this! I made it with two flax eggs (will try the applesauce next time I remember to buy some!) and everyone is very happy with the results. I didn’t find it noticably different from the chicken egg version of the recipe. Very much appreciate your regular posts and tips on veganifying and otherwise adapting standard recipes. You guys are the best.
