A banana allergy? That's a new one! You're welcome to try using a number of different fruit/vegetable purees, including pumpkin, sweet potato, or even apple. Sweet potato tends to be dried than banana while applesauce is wetter, so you'll need to adjust the batter by adding more flour or liquid. Pumpkin tends to be right about the same as bananas if you're using the canned variety. We also have a fantastic recipe for Easy Whole-Grain Pumpkin and Banana Quick Bread, which might be a good place to start. You can replace the additional banana with more pumpkin or applesauce. Both will produce a delicious final loaf. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
