Lori, we sell both almond and coconut flour on our website! You can find them here: Specialty Flours. Nut flours can't be used interchangeably with grain flours, of course, but we do have a few recipes that make use of nut flours exclusively, such as our Chocolate Almond Flour Torte and our Gluten-Free Coconut Flour Shortbread Cookies.
