You don't need to, Donna! Just give them an extra three to five minutes in the oven to make up for their chillier temperature going in. We'd recommend adding an additional 1/4 teaspoon of whatever thickener you're using for every cup of your fruit. This will help absorb extra juices that usually come out after freezing. Happy baking!
