This topic is really interesting to me, so I purchased a hygrometer for my kitchen. The post refers to "high" and "low" humidity but no numbers are assigned to those terms. As a general rule, what would the author consider them to be? Is low humidity any number below 50% while high is any number above that? Any thoughts?
