Summers around my area are very dry (not desert, but we usually get one rainstorm during the entire 5-6 months of heat). Should I still do this method? I made your Sourdough English Muffins the other day (always use grams), but I got no nooks and crannies--from what the comments there said, it sounds like I should increase my water...should I increase by 10%?
