Hi, I live in Dominican Republic,and I love to make bread at home, but there are recipes, that said, and I quote, " leave the dough rest overnight at roon temperature". my kitchen is now in the summer, almost all year, 84 degree F. at which temperature, are you refering when you said that? sometimes, the dough looks very flat.
