Very timely and helpful, thank you. I just wrote a couple of reviews of your Japanese Milk Bread Rolls (I think they are pictured above) and described exactly this issue in my comments. Next time, I will reduce the liquid by 10%, rather than increasing the flour. Nevertheless, I have to say that all of the recipes I have tried from KAF have been fabulous, even if I am adding too much of the dry stuff! ;-)
