This happened to me yesterday I make my pizza dough about every two weeks with no problems. Yesterday my dough was so wet I thought I measured wrong had to add flour tablespoon at a time for the right consistency. But the pizza was great as always just need to adjust the liquid. Glad I read your blog I now know I didn't measure wrong I guess 87% humidity makes a difference.
