We didn't test using Stevia in place of the sugar in the recipe, but we think it could work if you use the granulated sweetener (as opposed to the liquid concentrate). Follow the substitution instructions provided on the package to ensure the replacement ratio is just right. Please feel free to share your results with us if you do decide to give it a try.
