If you are looking for a no egg pudding, take a cup of hot coffee and melt it with a bag of chocolate chips. You can use milk or semisweet chips. Once melted, place mixture into a blender with a tablespoon of honey or agave, a splash of vanilla extract, and a package of drained silken tofu. Blend until combined well. Pour into pudding cups or cracker crust and chill thoroughly. So easy and so rich.
