Hi Cathy! It really depends on which size vessel you are using for your Yorkshire Pudding. If you are using a large skillet to bake, most recipes will call for between 3 to 5 Tablespoons of fat to be placed in each skillet before adding the batter. If you are using a popover pan with six wells to make smaller portions, you could add 1 to 2 teaspoons of fat to each well before filling them with the batter.
