Hello, I have always had mixed results baking popovers but this time I followed your recipe and WOW did they ever pop! The trick is warming the eggs and the milk! Pre heating oven to 450 and I heated my popover pan while mixing the batter. I also add a tablespoon of oil to bottom of each cup and brush around, they pop beautifully and don't stick! Thank you King Arthur!
