Hi! I want to make popovers for a holiday- I know you said you can make ahead if necessary but will they pop okay? I have the pans and a commercial grade oven. So my oven does a good job. If I made the batter the night before or morning of, but than left the batter out on the counter for a few hours before baking- would that be okay? I just will have alot going on that day to start making the batter with everyone here. I will skip them if they won't come correct. Thanks!
