Hi Susan! We are sorry to hear of the less than lofty popovers! That can really happen for any number of reasons...temperature of ingredients, how much the batter is mixed or the consistency of it, the temperature of the oven, etc. We do have a couple of blogs that go over the best tips for popover success...I'll link those right below: Never Fail Popovers and Perfect Popovers Both of those articles have some in-depth advice on how to achieve success when making popovers.
