I just came across your recipe for your popovers. I used KA all-purpose flour and followed the direct to the T. Except I heated my popover pan. Did not pop at all. Turn out to look like hockey pucks. What could be happening? I am at 1800 to 2000 ft elevation and cook in a range that has a fan in the back to bake. I think it is also a confection oven, but we do not use that setting. Please help me figure out what is happening.
