I have a popover pan I purchased from KA. The first time I used it my popovers slid right out. EVERY time since then, I have had to throw away the popovers because they were so stuck to the pan they came out in bits by scraping them out with a knife. The last time, I used so much Pam for Baking that my husband said, "are you gonna use the whole can for 6 popovers?" And they still stuck....not as bad, as I was able to get them out, but even after running a knife around the sides, they were still stuck to the bottom of the pan.....and they took so much handling to get them out of the pan that they weren't pretty. I have used your recipe; I have used the recipe from America's Test Kitchen; I have used the recipe fromJoy of Cooking, and I have used recipes I got online that were labeled "surefire" and "easy." There is nothing surefire or easy about consistently successful popovers. I keep trying, but unless you solve my issue I will toss both the recipes AND the pan.
