I am using the popover metallic Chicago pans.. I want to know what causes the popovers to pop out of the pan and not retaining the full base size of the pan.. thank you
my recipe:
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk (1/2 evaporated milk diluted to 1 cup
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs butter
preheat oven at 410 for 1 min, pour batter, 20 min at 410, 10-15 min at 375
