I ONLY use King Arthur flour. .Some popover tips. ...I use a traditional steel popover pan...375 degrees..Yes, that's right!..Never have used a spray...just fill each well with 1/2 teaspoon oil...I use Canola. . Heat oiled pan in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. Pour batter into hot pan I use a simple hand whisk for my batter...No need to warm eggs and milk. I also incorporate fresh lemon zest and finely minced fresh Thyme. My Popovers are truly PERFECT each and every time.!!!!!!!
