Hello! Thank you so much for all the wonderful information. I inherited a secondhand Nordic Ware popover pan with a few tiny scratches in the cups. Clearly someone must’ve used a fork to take something out. Would it be OK to use large parchment liners to make popovers or would that affect how they turn out?
