The instructions state to put the popover pan "on a lower shelf" in the oven. Do you mean the lowest position? If so, won't the bottoms burn, being so close to the heating element? My oven has 5 possible positions for the two racks. For most baked goods, I use the center position. Please advise if you would use the lowest or the next to lowest position.
