I tried a number of different recipes until I found this one from King Arthur. All of the other recipes used 3 eggs instead of four. Also, I changed flours from an unbleached all-purpose flour from Trader Joe's to another basic all-purpose flour (sorry KAF . . . yours is not available locally). The results were miraculous. From not-so-bad hockey pucks to beautifully risen pops!
