I made this recipe this afternoon. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I followed your instructions exactly and couldn't be happier with the final product. My whole family loves popovers, but we've been led to believe that the only way to achieve this level of crispy outside, soft inside, light, airy goodness is to use cast iron. This recipe was a revelation! 5/5 stars and I'll definitely be making them again!
