Thank you Susan for posting this. For people who need to use other brands of unbleached AP flour, use the same WEIGHT and this recipe will work very well. . More spiced variations, good curry powder, good chili powder, black pepper, and white pepper. When adding spices, bake a test tablespoon amount and see if that gives you the spiciness you want. . And I beat the eggs in by hand. Right in the pot, just use a heavy duty silicone tool. After three eggs, I beat the last one by itself, to add just enough egg to the dough. The extra egg then becomes your egg wash when you add milk or water...
