Great recipe--I use it often. I use a wonderful frosting recipe called Adonis Frosting from a Rip Esselstyn book. If you can believe it, it's a pkg. of silken tofu, melted dairy free chocolate chips and vanilla. Whenever I take it anywhere, everyone loves and comments on how good the frosting is.
