Hi Anna. If this loaf needs to be put on hold, we'd recommend shaping it and adding the filling, then cover it with plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge overnight. It will slowly rise in the cool temperatures. Try to limit the fridge time to 8 to 10 hours for best results. Let it become puffy as the oven preheats, there's no need to let it reach room temperature as it could over-proof. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
