You can freeze them after baking, Jennifer! They'll keep well wrapped up in plastic in the freezer for two to three months. When you're ready to enjoy it, let it thaw in the fridge overnight. Just before serving, wrap the loaf in tin foil and bake it at 350°F for about 10 minutes. It will become nice and warm and soft. A little pat of butter on top (because this obviously needs more butter!) and it'll be moist and good as new. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
