I *love* Butterflake bread. My two personal favorite fillings are. . .
1. (sweet-er) Adding honey, lemon (peel and a little juice), Herbes de Provence and salt n' pepper to the butter for the filling, or
2. (savory) Adding grated gruyere, fresh thyme, freeze dried shallots and a little salt n' pepper to the butter.
Is it indulgent? Ha! Yes.. But is it worth it? Yeesssssssssss. . . . =)
