My recipe makes two loaves. I would like to cook one tonight and one tomorrow. My next step is dividing and pre-shaping. When I am ready to shape the final loaves, I will bake one and put the other in the fridge overnight. When I take it out tomorrow, do I bake it cold? Or warm it up on the counter? If so, how long Will it overproof if I do that?
