Caleigh May 7, 2020 at 2:08pm What would you recommend if the dough tears during the final shaping? Is it possible to let it relax on the counter again, and then re-shape? My initial pre-shape was about 35-40 minutes, but the dough still feels quite 'tight'. Reply
