Yes I cook this recipe in a Dutch oven quite often. Just be sure to preheat the Dutch oven. I preheat the oven to 500 and then when I put the bread in I reduce it to 450. After about 20 minutes I take the top off of the Dutch oven to brown the top. Comes out perfectly!
