I am thoroughly enjoying making recipes from this site. Yesterday I made the Japanese Milk Rolls, and they were just delicious. Still in the 'new' stage of the sourdough starter etc, but it is a work in progress, but have enjoyed the Classic Challah, Scali, and plan to continue with more varieties. Keep the recipes coming - have even got the local library ladies eating the samples. Many thanks Mary
