I am making KA 100% WW Sandwich bread and I just got done making my second loaf ever a couple of days ago. So I am a very, very new beginner.
The recipe calls for 113g of water, 113g of milk and 113g of orange juice, 71g of melted butter. Should all four of these ingredients be considered as my "water temperature"?
In my thinking, I would combine all of these ingredients and either heat it up or cool it down according to what the DDT formula says.
Am I over thinking this! Just remember, I am a very, very new beginner.
Take care, Bernie.
