Hi Rebecca, you're running into trouble because the friction factor here is a reflection of temperature change rather than fixed temperatures. I think if you follow along with our Friction Factor blog post and measure all your factors in Celsius, you can determine for yourself what the degree of change is with your particular mixer. I also found this article that offers a formula for converting friction factor from F to C.
