Very helpful information!! My KitchenAid mixer is a 4.5 quart model from 1988. Does the friction factor increase/decrease depending the length of time of the kneading? I assume my older, less powerful model requires more time to knead dough compared to the newest 7-quart model. Thank you.
P.S. I typically use a bread machine for kneading dough, so an FF for that would be helpful also.
